This past weekend we started what is sure to be an annual trip. My brothers, a few friends and I went way down south on Lake of the woods on my brother Daryl’s houseboat. The main excuse was deer season but it’s always great to get away from everything for a few days. Turns out we stayed for 5 days of beautiful fall weather and managed to bag ourselves 8deer, a few ducks and a bunch of grouse. it’s starting to really feel like winter is on it’s way. Here’s a shot of Daryl getting excited to ski!!!
