Deer hunting
Hunting season!! By far the best season of the year, started with a moose hunt with family and a writer from skiing magazine and Blake Jorenson. The media was terible luck as we didn’t even see a moose. They left and Darly, my dad and I were joined by three of my friends for a trip down Lake of the woods. Weather was as miserable as it gets. Windy, Snowy and Cold. We braved the weather and it was totally worth it as we ended up bagging 13 White tails. The best was a huge 12 point that Nate Dog shot from literally 2 feet from his barel. We got beat up for 7 days in a row by the weather with 4 foot rollers on the lake everyday but it finally cleared for a morning and we broke for home. Just so happens we were staying in an old abandoned place thru the weekend of Friday the 13th and we shot 13 deer. Enjoy the photos.
